Injection Molding Processing Conditions

Melting temperature: ordinary type material is 340 ~ 400 ℃; the enhanced type material for the 340 to 415 ℃.
Mold temperature: 107 to 175 ° C, recommended that the mold temperature was 140 ° C.
Injection pressure: 700 ~ 1500bar.
